Shipping policy

We use Canada Post for shipping within Canada and for international orders in conjunction with their respective carrier partners once the package leaves Canada. All orders outside Canada are subject to shipping charges. Boathouse & Bunkie collects duties at checkout (where applicable), calculated in accordance with local customs and laws. Some carriers may charge brokerage fees upon delivery. All customers are responsible for any additional taxes levied in their respective countries.

Upon ordering, you will be sent a notification and tracking information to the email address or phone number you have provided. We have the exact same information you do with regards to tracking.

We take every effort to package your order carefully and protectively but sometimes, damage can occur due to mishandling of packages with the carrier. If you receive your order damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
